They had no cars available for my reservation when I arrived! It felt like a Seinfeld episode. What part of "reservation" did they not understand? I understand if they don't have cars when I book the reservation but don't let me book a car that is not available! I booked through Travelocity so now I don't trust them either.

Car was Filthy and scratches and dents everywhere. Rep didnt want to do a walkthrough to verify car condition. They didn't have the mini van and had to send me to a farther location without apology and the car they promised me the night before was also given to another customer who came after me. It took us almost an hour. Avis and Enterprise are so much better and youll e in and out in less than 10mins without hassle and stress.

I love coming to this location. The staff are very professional and courteous. They always greeted me with a smile. The cars are always clean and ready for me when I needed. Great Job!

Service is very good here. The whole process may take 2 minutes to 15 minutes max. Staffs are very polite and helpful. I like this rental as their rent is lesser than other car rental company in fountain valley. I usually book the car online only. If you don't get the same car, which you booked through online, they will offer free upgrade. Always check their website before booking. You may find out some deal. They keep the car ready for their premium customer.
