So sad, the once proud franchise has shown me that customer service and quality no longer mean anything. I always order fresh, for the price we pay it's worth it. I ordered two "fresh hot" filet o fish. I also told them I was willing to wait 6 minutes to allow them time to cook it fresh. I was there less than a minute and the lady told me my order was ready. I asked her if it was hot and fresh. She said it was. I opened the sandwich and not to my surprise it wasn't hot. She then asked for two fresh sandwiches from the cooks. 5 minutes later they called my order and once again I checked it. Once again it was luke warm. She insisted it was fresh but to a former employee I know the difference. Back in my day working at McDonald's we made $3.45 a hour. Our food was to order and our customer service was top notch. Today they make $16.00 a hour and do everything they can to cut corners including being rude to their customers. My craving was never satisfied. McDonald's needs mystery shoppers.

They misrepresent and falsely advertise their menu. You see when you look at the menu and see a quarter punder, you will see a burger with two buns, a patty, some onions and cheese having the impression you are going to get what you see in the picture for whatever price it has on the menu or picture, for example $5 for 2 quarter pounder. But then you walk in the counter and order what is in the picture they tell you that cheese is extra even though it comes with cheese in the picture. Decieving customers in order to make extra money is not consider good customer service. Not to mention the rude Indian looking guy who was training a white girl on May 16, 2022 3:00 p.m. in the casher. The food looked and tasted old when I got home.

Just got back from McDonald's. Had to wait long time for someone to even come out front, they weren't friendly. I ordered 2 M hot mochas and hash browns. When I got my receipt she had left off hash browns but had gone in back before I could catch her. She brought out two S mochas. Finally got whole order corrected, no apology and when I got home there was no mocha in the coffee. Service for others there was just as bad. They all were not happy.

The crew here is always nice and my order is always correct. I am there every morning and they are pleasant and BONUS, they treat me like a regular. Just wish it had a separate entrance from the Costco gas crowd!
