The worker charged my debt card connected to the McDonald’s app. He saw I had cash in my hands & said the transaction declined. He took my cash and had a hard time figuring out my change. Turns out he used his calculator on his phone. Later that night I see I have a charge in my debt. That guy stole my cash! I went back to McDonald’s and they gave me $26 back in cash. Didn’t even ask me for the time of my purchase so they could check cameras. I appreciate the refund but you guys need to check your cameras when a customer says that a worker straight up stole from them. I really hope they at least let a manager know what happened. Also when I call the phone number it rings once and hangs up. Why wouldn’t McDonald’s have a working number to call? Honestly just cruddy all around. Even my sweet tea wasn’t good. Check your recipts everyone.
