Got the Crab Toast and added bone marrow. The marrow was deliciously sweet. The crab was very flavorful, especially with the added masago. And the eggs were perfectly scrambled. Came on a Sunday at 11:45 and ended up waiting an hour after I was quoted an hour and 15 minutes. Food was great. I was feeling a little queasy, so I couldn't fully enjoy it. Not sure if it's worth the wait all the time, but definitely worth a try. My biggest complaint is it was LOUD. I felt like everyone was yelling and the music was blasting.

Service was great! Recommend having a reservation or going early. People were lined up before open! The "Dao" was my favorite 👍

Line was long, which means people patronize this place, but we're able to get in within 30-40min, not bad on a Saturday noon. Inside this place is so nice, you'll see how big the kitchen and prep area, that's why they serve the food really fast, and food's really good even the iced coffee drinks.

I will leave the food critiquing to you… but it’s a must try. I will be going back to try other dishes. Come early because there is always a line.
