I Love the Massillon public library

The Massillon Public Library is great for LOTS of reasons! They work very closely with Massillon City Schools to get teachers the materials and resources they need. I personally have worked with the staff to get the 6th graders at MIS participating in the BIG READ. The book selection is always interesting and really helps our students gain new perspectives on the great big world around them. TWO ROADS was a favorite!! My husband also frequents the library and can ALWAYS find the newest Star Wars books. If the library doesn't have it, they get it for him in a matter of days. The staff is very courteous and extremely helpful:)

Massillon Public Library provides amazing services to our community for both children and adults. We are fortunate to have an institution here in our town that contributes so much !

The Massillon Public Library was one of my favorite spots growing up ! Their weekly activities were always very fun and great learning experiences. I have even volunteered there through high school and worked alongside the amazing staff !

Due to COVID-19, all returned library materials are subject to a 5-day quarantine period BEFORE they are checked in. Any late fees accrued during this 5-day quarantine period will be waived. If you have questions about a specific item that you have returned, please contact our Circulation Desk at 330-832-9831 x311.
Unfortunately, due to the limted number of computers that are available for patron use and due to the fact that we are still in a "grab and go" business model, our patron computers are only available for one hour at a time. If you have any further questions, please call 330-832-9831, x312. Thank you!

You can always stop by and ask about volunteer opportunities. There are a few different areas to volunteer in.
