I'm thinking going back otr flatbed position..all in all b.l transport was friendly and never once tried to destroy my CDLs. Anyone wanting nice position and home time four days after two weeks??? well that's kinda hard too pass..very friendly but it takes alot communication. I'm just kinda...well??I kinda lost a load of lonely chickens🙃.pay range was from 900.00 too aprx1250.00 a week.thnk you b.l transport for giving me a hand..no sugar coating was involved!

Great place to work, not only do the pay very good,but they really care about you as a person. The whole staff is awesome, been a truck driver for 19years,best place I've ever worked at hands down.

Our sleepers come with a refrigerator in it also most trucks have an inverter for your appliances wired in as well. We do pay lumper fees and our trucks are set at 75mph

I'm a current B&L driver, dedicated is a loose term. You maybe dedicated to a certain account but not necessarily to a route. The only drivers that I know of that are home daily are our local drivers. And as far as a pet policy, generally we don't allow pets, but I think they will work with you if you are willing to pay the pet deposit which from what I understand is pretty expensive. But the company is a great company to work for the people are great, and the owner is awesome. I've been driving for 12 yrs this year and so far it's the best company I've worked for, and I've worked for a few.
