I loved the food, my only concern was that I had to wait 25 mins for my order. The service was good, I would have appreciated it more if I was given an update every 8-10 mins on the status of my order. We were waiting for 25 mins with no update and started wondering - did our order got skipped or misplaced? Apart from this everything was good.

We always get the worst service ever but we keep on ordering since it’s our only option! We ordered 20 wings online through uber eats and asked to make them all flats, even called the store to make sure they send us only flats, half of the order came with drumsticks. We asked for ranch on the side they sent us blue cheese. We asked for two sides of carrots, they sent 1 order of carrot and 1 order of celery. I called to inform them, they said let me transfer you to a manager and they hung up on us!!!! Tried calling again, they stopped picking up the phone! I called using my husband’s phone, the one I originally used to place the order, they put me on hold for more than 5 minutes. So unprofessional and unorganized!!! They have to fix this problem! Each time we order they mess up our food

I'll have to come back here again to see if our experience is any different than this first time. We've been to several other locations, but this was our first time at Lake Forest. We had a short wait before we were seated, arriving in between the lunch and dinner rush. We waited a while to get our drinks. We waited a reasonable time to get our food. We waited a ridiculous amount of time to see our server again and order refills on our drinks. Watching the server walk all around the empty restaurant was frustrating, especially since we were trying to get their attention. We ended up ordering just one beer to share instead of a second round. For the first time since the pandemic started, we tipped just 15%. Edit: Now that I'm seeing the other reviews, it appears that poor service is common here. The owner response seems to be the same each time, "Fill out the form and we'll address it with the team." I don't know how much that'll help at this point.

I got rotten salad and celery in my order. I thought that only a few on the top so I picked those bad one out, when I poured dressing in to mix it, all the little brown clumps of rotten leaves under. Omg! So disappointed!

I do not believe they have breakfast. I believe they open around 12 or 11
