Matt and Traci and their team at Floor Coverings International were extremely helpful with my small garage step project. I preferred a commercial-grade rubber stair tread since this man-door entryway is used exclusively to enter our home. No doubt, that there are many floor covering dealers who would prefer only to return calls and e-mails on “the big jobs” and ignore the small ones. Matt and Traci, about 2 years ago, installed carpeting in 3 very large rooms in our home and their team provided excellent customer service! I highly recommend that if floor coverings are in your future plans, to give them a call.

For anyone visiting our showroom we mask up. We also clean any samples that visited a home either as they return or as we cycle through them during the day. A majority of the staff has had at least their first dose of the vaccine as well as of this answer. In regards to our installation crews they do their best to continuously wear a mask, but sometimes that is difficult depending on the strenuous and physical nature of their work.
