Useless staff! Called in for car inspection to confirm availability and after driving for 10 miles whoever works there said they stop doing inspections for carshare… even pretended the lady (Sandra) who picked the phone don’t work there. Don’t waist your time and visit another shop

I had an exceptional experience @JIFFYLUBE on Tustin Alve ! I came for an oil change and tire rotation and Andrew help me out throughout the whole service. I thought he was the manager at first , but I later found out he was just the customer service guy. Andrew was honest enough to mention my tires were recommended to be replaced therefore a rotation wouldn't help as my tires had no tread life and were recommended ASAP. He then showed me my air filters were dirty and brought to my attention that my brake fluid was contaminated and needed to be replaced. The technicians were quick about it despite how busy they got which I appreciate ! They also provide free wifi so I was able to do my work, super convenient. I will keep getting my truck serviced here ! 👍🏽
