Well a friend of mine won a storage auction from there online, ending just last last week. and while they do give you ample time to clean out the unit that you won (72 hrs!) The girl who works in the office/front desk, almost makes it not worth doing business there. She was very rude and sleeping at a couple times during the day. we had to actually wake her up to get out of the facility.

As far as storage facilities go, and in my very limited experience (only used other company before this), they do a good job. I am pretty anti-storage, and hate that we have to pay to keep things we don't use somewhere that isn't at our house. However, we are in a transitional time with our living situation, so we are keeping a 10x10 unit. We recently downsized from a 12x25, which was a huge relief, and cut our monthly cost nearly in half. The manager is really helpful, and keeps the facility in good shape. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is because it is expensive... but that's more related to my own personal values than the company, as I believe it's pretty comparable across the field.
