Out on the road trip. Stop at this NAPA for Blue DEF. Which advertised for $12.49 on NAPA official site. This woman insists it was not on sale. Try selling house brand for $17+ House brand usually sells for $3-4 less at other auto parts stores. “Do not go to THIS NAPA” rip-off! No customer service. Price gauging. Unlike 👎 any other NAPA. Stay clear!

I like this Napa auto store so much because the staff is so much more knowledgeable, then other automotive stores like O'Reilly. I wish Napa had a rewards program like Auto zone and I wish the parking lot was bigger but the staff more than make up for the geographical logistic shortcomings

This was my first time to visit this place. The two guys working there tonight were just the BEST! Got me in and out in a hurry with a new battery and even carried my core battery in for me and offered to carry my new one out also! Even told me what to do to get 20% off. 😁 All of this just minutes before closing also. I wish I had made notes of your names. My new favorite place to get parts for sure.

Very helpful customer service at this location. I had a problem with my headlamp on my van... two gals came out and while helping me remove the light discovered that the bulb was only loose... no charge (I did buy them coffee and donuts afterwards because they deserved it)... Thank you Napa... Give the two gals a raise!
