The staff is very caring and friendly. The hearing aids that I bought 3 years ago for $7500. are of no value now. The left had to be repaired last year and the right ear die just out of warranty this year. I was given the option three months before the hearing aid died to buy a longer warranty for $300.00. $2500.00 per year seems high for hearing aids.
