I visit this store at least once a week, I love it, however the cashier Cecelia seems to ruin the experience everytime. Constantly rude, snapped at my son for wanting to look at something from their display case.. RUDE!!

I used to find decent items at good prices. Recently I purchased an item only to find it didn't work. I knew I needed the receipt, but found it after the 7 day return policy. The manager wouldn't even consider a "credit" much less a refund - PLUS he was down right rude! I won't be shopping here any more. More importantly, I won't be donating here any more - AND I have hundreds of items because I help people downsize and organize. Your loss Goodwill!

This place has a couple really rude employees. Also after watching a homeless person get kicked out for having her backpack on her back and being treated like S#/√ . One customer at checkout at the same time I was there standing looking at my rock in my hand looked at me and said to the lady checking him out he is wired. What bothered me is her actions, laughing and looking at me. This place is not the place to shop for junk that's high priced and rude people. The manager of the store watching al this is a joke. This place is very bad place to visit for high priced used stuff. I would rather have people meet in certain days And time instead with stuff to trade straight across with each other instead of buying stuff that's given to this place for free anyway.

The store is revamped and more organised and fluid than before. It feels like Marshals, with all the colourful, can’t find them anywhere else fashions, and the way the check out line weaves through a candy and small items displays. Yet here at Goodwill, the prices are better: $0.49 pink tags today and 50% green tags on everything in the store. Two shirts, two records and a sweater for $3.75.
