Just bought a bedroom set and Jay Duncan was awesome in helping me with the deal, he's a hard worker with a great attitude and an asset to the Big Lots team. Larisa was a big help as well,she was helping so many people at one time, I couldn't believe it.

I would give zero if I could. Maybe a pickup order at 2pm (basic cleaning stuff) I finally called at 8 to see what was the time frame… the guy stated ( oh we were putting pictures away, haven’t even started 😳 I’ll get it ready in FIVE mins “ . Soap was half full, spilt all over everything else. I called the manager who was beyond unreasonable… I’d have to use my time and gas for their ridiculous mistake, let alone experience. Called customer support for an HOUR… the guy wouldn’t let me speak to a manager. Anyways… stick with Walmart or Albertsons pick-up. Would never recommend this store pickup, and the unprofessional, inadequate workers. Ridiculous

I could have bought alot move for the different reasons. Great value. I told my neighbor and daughter and know they will be checking it out. I've been in Idaho for 14yrs and never searched out BIG LOTS.

I decided to take my daughter here to look at some Halloween decorations. It's been over 3 years since I was last there. I was completely disgusted. The bathroom looked more like an outhouse in a run down park where all the kids hang out. And smelled just as bad. No toilet tissue or paper towels. The main part of the store was disgusting as well. The floor looked like it hasn't been mopped in quite a while. One cashier up front and he wasn't friendly in the least bit. The cashier's always used to be friendly. What happened to this store? The new layout is pretty bad too. It used to be a cheerful and fun place to shop. I'll be going elsewhere.
