This is my second time leaving a review because they obviously pick and choose which reviews to show. Please feel free to look me up on Facebook and message me personally. I would be more than forthcoming with an HONEST opinion about this store and the way in which I was treated. (I am permanently disabled from a car accident many years ago and am battling cancer for the second time) The pharmacist on duty made me feel completely insignificant on our last encounter and has lied and tried causing me all kinds of problems with my doctor of more than 15 years. I am the daughter of a pharmacist who is no longer with us. What I know is that this is wrong. He did this because he had a bad day or week as he said and I'm (the customer) am not the only b☆☆ch with problems. I am very sick at his expense right now while he laughs and has my reviews taken down. As I said, please feel free to look me up Tammie Huyler-Gutierrez

Phani is amazing. He takes the time out to explain and answer any questions you may have. The. Team is amazing and works extremely hard. Thank you for making my medication pick a smooth process!

Always have to wait for hours to get my prescriptions filled.

I've put up with their poor customer service for more than ten years and today was the last straw! I stood at the service desk for 10 minutes waiting for an employee to come and no one ever came I eventually just left the store and just for this I'm switching all of my prescriptions to a different pharmacy! I wish the employees whom recently retired, would return... they made the store much more pleasant! Update: although I have transferred to a new pharmacy, I had to come in the store to purchase items. And I must say that the employees that helped me were very friendly and helpful! And dealing with other pharmacies in the area; I've also realized that Keansburg Pharmacy definitely was much better with my needs as far as handling prescriptions and my refills!
