I never leave reviews but I'm honestly so pleased with my experience I felt like I had to! Went in for an oil change yesterday and was there for what felt like 10/15 mins max. Friendly staff, so fast & they vacuumed my car and everything. Also great 20% military discount. Thanks guys!

The first time I came to this location the manager was a competent individual that was very friendly and knew his job. They performed an oil change and replaced my truck’s brakes and rotors. I had to order tires and came back today and it was a whole different experience. Wes Griffin what I presume to be the manager was the laziest and most incompetent individual I have ever met. I was told 45 minutes for the tire change and it ended up taking 4-5 hours. I understand that jobs can take a little longer than expected but this was unacceptable. I get that he had to coordinate other clients and whatnot but his time management, multi-tasking, and delegation skills are laughable. I wish I would’ve gotten the first managers name because he was great and I would go here again if he’s working but I will drive away if Wes is working. The other staff was great. Update: just found out they stole one or didn’t secure one of my lug nuts.

This is NOT the same place it was the last time I stopped in. This location is so much better than it was. They said they hired all new people and it shows. Everyone in there is friendly and very professional. Romaine was friendly, honest and professional. I will gladly return when my oil change is due. Thank you Romaine. It was a pleasure to meet you and the entire crew. Keep up the great work.
