Visited this location to get an item engraved. Mariah, the woman who helped us, was kind and patient with us as we finalized what we wanted on the item. It was refreshing to experience quality customer service!

This is the worst location!!!! The customer service is the worsttttttt! Never again will I ever be going in that store atleast that location. Whoever she was is that be in there, have an attitude worst than I’m not sure who or what to say honeslty! I didn’t even go further than the front, I asked about a necklace for Mother’s Day if she think it would fade, her response with the worst attitude like she don’t want to be at work and it’s free is, I don’t know, no one ever complain! Really whoever is the manager for the store really needs to reconsider their employees with attitude like that I’ll never recommend anyone period!

On 03/25/2022 4:45pm at this location… met the worst customer service Ever. Asked a question about a particular product on display and got a response with quite a nasty a attitude. Somebody needs to do something about the customer service here… really.

This location is horrible. The staff is very rude. I ask for 5 different items in the store and they didn't have anything I requested but it's on display. So I ask the girl (who was already upset and complaint that she have to go to court and the Manager don't want to give her off. She was more interested in her having the day off then the guess at the store, at the moment) why is it on display. Her response was well what you want me to do, they sold out. All 3 females employees in the store did not care about the guess, no one corrected her, that's not how you speak to people and service was horrible. I will never return here. I also will let friends and family know about my experience that shop at this location.
