The New Kent Hwy pizza Hut is FABULOUS!! Very friendly staff and great food. My order was perfect, the store is very clean and very busy. This is going to be my go to Pizza Hut from now on.

31 dollars for a medium thin crust pizza and cookie pizza; the cookie pizza was dryer than the sahara desert. unreal price for low quality, dominos just got a new customer

The food was not up to standards, the pizza was very dry, the crust was flatter than normal and I had to put the wings in a bowl and mix them in the sauce myself because there were more dry spots than areas with sauce on them. I feel like this is a hit or miss pizza place. Either its really good or not good at all. Really wish they would be consistent and step up their game. I feel as though every three orders are not great but it is a favorite in my house with my kids.

Pulled in, parked vehicle, walked inside, bench and or a few chairs to sit and wait, they have a monitor/TV that has a list of people's names to let you know if their order is ready, being cut or sliced etc... Told the lady the name of our order, she checked and mentioned what was ordered and then gave it to me. It was ready upon arrival, I just had to step up and ask for it.
