Went into this store one day asked for something at the counter the fat lady with glasses asked me what I said so when I got to the door I mumbled under my breath, she heard what I said and told me not to come back to the store, now if she couldn't hear what i asked for at the counter face to face how did she hear me say what i said at the door, with my back turned to her, thats crazy. And then when you try to explan and ask for a manger they tell you to get out and with a snoby attitude at that.. well i hope the owner sees this that way he or she can get new consumers service, have lost my business till fixed. Thats fine fast mart was first and is better service. They dont wear face masks at the same time We are in a pandemic and its ordered to wear a mask.. this is the worst gas stop i have been too

Star used to provide good service and products. However, under the new manager's direction the service has gone down hill to rock bottom. The gas pumps are always out of service and it takes weeks before they are repaired. Three gas pumps are out of service and have been for the last two weeks and they are still out of service today. The favorite brews of coffee and creamers are always running out and it takes at least a week for her to re-stock even though they grind the beans just 20 miles down the road. I've been patient enough so I'm taking my business down the road. At least they keep the store clean and well stocked with coffee and freshly made breakfast sandwiches and the fuel pumps running. Eh, it's a gas station. Decent products, management and customer service is very hit or miss and gas is pretty reasonably priced. To their credit, they try to be the cheapest in town. It's an okay store, but nothing too special about it.
