Placed an order in April for delivery on Friday, May 7th. No delivery. I called the store the next morning (which was this morning) and was told they were short staffed yesterday, so my order (to my mom for Mother's Day) would go out today. I understand that can happen, so I was okay with it. I would've thought that because they were a day late delivering my order, they would've delivered to my mom first this morning. But nope. 6:00pm Saturday it still hasn't been delivered. So I called again to ask if I could get an ETA on delivery. I spoke to the rudest individual I have ever spoken to over the phone. She told me they don't give ETA's. When I explained the situation, she said "Well we close at 7:00 so hopefully it'll get delivered by then." HOPEFULLY?!?!?!?! So now I'm concerned it won't get delivered today, either. When I asked, "What happens if it doesn't get delivered by 7:00?" I was told "THEN IT'LL BE DELIVERED AFTER 7:00." And then I was hung up on. I am so furious at how I, a paying customer, was treated. And yet there's no way to make a complaint on their website. I WILL be calling a manager Monday. Unless the person I spoke to WAS the manager. All I can say is I will NEVER EVER order from this location EVER again! UNBELIEVABLE!!

DO NOT USE THIS STORE! They don't deliver on the day you ordered and they don't make a fresh item that day. I made an order, no delivery was attempted but of course the manager says they did attempt delivery after 8pm at night. I asked if the item being "re-delivered" was fresh and she said the fruit doesn't expire so they make items in advance and deliver as orders come up so the items are NOT made fresh daily. You can get much better service and much better bang for your buck elsewhere. I had called and left a voicemail with no response, sent an online inquiry with no response, and had to call customer service who then got the store manager on the line. This place is a scam. They charge you and then don't deliver a fresh item on the day you ordered for.

Placed an order the morning of my anniversary, called multiple times throughout the day trying to get some type of ‘assurance’ that my $115 bouquet of fruits would get delivered. And never once got an answer, only forwarded to other stores. According to the email I received, saying that my delivery was guaranteed the same day. I thought maybe I was just over reacting, to just let them do their job. The day goes on, waiting to hear from my excited wife who was at home all day watching our 5 month old. Never received the highly anticipated fruit package. Not even a phone call stating what was going on. Nothing. Not a single word from the ‘Williamsburg Edible Arrangements’. Which then led to me spending my Saturday morning calling corporate just to only get refunded my money. I will never do business again with this company, let alone depend on them to be the surprise in my anniversary.

Placed an order online for the recipient to pick up their arrangement the day before Mother’s Day. While placing the order, the online form asked for the recipients phone number and name. That gave me the impression that edible arrangements would call and let the recipient know they had a gift. It wasn’t the case. My recipient never received a call from Edible Arrangements to let her know about her gift and I never received a call of notice that the arrangement was not picked up. So I called this location the day after Mother’s Day. A young lady answered and explained that they usually call 30 mins before closing to let recipients know that they have an arrangement that needs to be picked up, but they don’t call and give notice on busy days or holidays. I told her that was not explained to me when I placed the order. I asked why do you all ask for the recipient’s name and number if you don’t call them? She then gave the phone to the Manager, Kevin, who told me that they don’t call recipients. I told him that it doesn’t state that in my confirmation or when placing the order. He said he could refund me half of the money, or remake the arrangement. I told him I just wanted my full refund because Mother’s Day was over. He said he could only refund half and went on to ask me is he supposed to lose all money because my order wasn’t picked up?? I was floored. I couldn’t believe the lack of understanding or professionalism portrayed by Kevin. I called corporate. I have not received a call from anyone regarding this situation.
