Just had two cassette tapes turned into MP4 files by Smooth Photo Scanning. We had really had trouble getting these beloved tapes into electronic formats with the tracks labelled and separated. The job was done efficiently and flawlessly. After trying multiple other avenues, I totally understood why the service was kind of expensive. Professional, courteous, good turnaround time. Will definitely use them again when I find a bunch of old slides I evidently put away for safekeeping! And also a cassette tape (that I know the location of). It really was a pleasure doing business with them. A staff person even came down to the parking lot when I got confused about which door was theirs.

I needed a 37 year old wedding video transferred to digital for an Anniversary party. I had previously had the Sony 3/4" U-Matic master transferred by a local production company, however, the audio was terrible. Smooth Photo took the time to check the audio for me prior to making the transfer. The audio checked out ok and they did the transfer promptly making my deadline with time to spare. I'll use their service again in the near future.

OMG! My Dad was a photography nut and took many, many pictures. I scanned over 8,000 images of 2" x 2" 35mm slides. But, I had about 400 medium format slides from the 1950's and 60's that were 2.75" x 2.75" (some in metal frames), and some negatives. These would not fit the scanner I had. I spent a week looking on-line for a suitable scanner but couldn't be sure I'd get one that worked. So, I did some research and found Smooth Photo Scanning. They did great work at a very reasonable price and salvaged some cherished memories! We can now share the images among the family and are forever grateful to Smooth Photo Scanning!
