There are 2 people who I usually see working when I come in here. One of them is a man, and the other is a woman. The man is always super pleasant to talk to, very helpful and knowledgeable. However, the woman I have never had a single good experience with. Every single time I interact she is incredibly rude and acts miserable to be there. She is unhelpful and always gives me an attitude. Unfortunately, I have now had one too many poor experiences here and will not be returning or giving my money to this establishment any longer, which is a shame because I have spent upwards of a thousand dollars here since the opening of the business. If I want to buy figures, I’ll use amiami or plazajapan from now on & save myself 50% of the price as well as an interaction with an amazingly unpleasant person. Good luck in your business!
