Nice and large bright store. Lots of books available to purchase. There is nice friendly staff and they are always willing to help you find what you are looking for; and will also find the book you are looking for online, and hold it back for you. There is clear information to locate the type of books you are looking for.

Love the variety available. The large sections of crafts, puzzles and games is a must everytime. A bit pricey. Its my belief that a lot of things are priced at least at a 30% mark up.

This was the nicest Barnes & Noble I've been to I think. So many selections as always but we asked a young lady that worked there to point us in the right direction for a book we were looking for and she stopped what she was doing just to help us find that book. Service is a big thing with me and she didn't have to do that but she did and it was greatly appreciated. We will be going back.

First of all, can you guys update your business hours on Google, or at least update the sign next to the front entrance? I came here on Friday evening expecting the store to be open til 9 p.m. when it closed at 8 p.m. Had maybe 15 minutes. Anyway, bad experience with the girl in the coffee area. She was busy socializing with her coworkers while I waited in line. I get that sometimes you need to do that, but not when paying customers are waiting for you. At least she was cheerful.
