This bank is so unpleasant because the bankers are incompetent and the line for the teller is so long. You will not be respected as a customer because of their rudeness and incompetence. One of the bald darker skinned man looked bored & inconvenienced to help me out. He found no solution other than to call the back office then quickly hang up when the person on the phone said that there was nothing that they could do to waive a simple 20 dollar fee that was a result of their mistake! He told the person on the phone, ‘’ Yup that’s just what I thought.’’ Disrespectful! He seemed like he wanted to rush me out so that he could rush the line out as fast as possible. I’d suggest he quit his job or at least try to be nice if he doesn’t like his occupation. I suggest going to another branch or better off a bank that is not citi because this one is very crowded and it’s obviously detrimental to their service.

Teller services are the worse of all Citibank visited. Always long lines and bank manager does no care.

Yes it wouldn't take the cash
Don't use Citi bank they are one of the worse banks along with the fact that they have high fees. I have been trying to get a dispute resolved and I have faxed over the documents to the dispute dept 3 times and they keep saying they have not received it. But I get the confirmation. I call and the reps can only send an email. It is over a month. I will be telling all my friends and family NOT to use citi. My sister says I should use Chase. I will get going to close my account this weekend.
