When I arrived I was told where to park my car. I sat waiting for about 15-20 minutes while the employees were finishing up the service on the car in front of me and also walking by me with nothing more than a smile and a head nod. Another customer pulled in behind me and he was greeted and asked what he needed done for his car. I was not greeted and I was not asked what I needed done for my car today. The first time an employee spoke to me, he told me to "leave my keys on the seat and to sit inside where it was nice and cool." As I got out of my car, I told him that I needed an oil change. Check out went smoothly and the employee who rang me out was kind and helpful. However, I am disappointed in the way that my service began. This is my second time visiting Jiffy Lube and I was blown away the first time by the excellent customer service that I received and had made the decision to return in the future. This experience has me questioning if I will return for any other maintenance or repairs needed for my car.

Not a good experience. My oil change took over 90 minutes. Things seemed chaotic and staff unknowledgeable or poorly trained. I hope it was an anomaly or bad day.

Had gone here a few time previously for oil changes, went back again for a routine oil change and now they ask us if we changed our oil previously as the Cap on our Oil filter is "seized" on the car. No, jiffy lube changed our oil the last few times. So I guess like anything car related we will just quit using services and put the work since they told us we would need to go to a shop with Hydraulics, which I don't think the staff knew what that meant. All and all, pretty bad experience here after repeat customers. We will just buy the extension our selves and save us and jiffy lube the trouble in the future of services their incompetence creates apparently. Free oil and a dirty filter and a waste of time lol what a joke. Update lol They stated on the receipt that we normally service our own vehicle when Jiffy lube was the last one to service our oil change. Gotta blame everyone but themselves I guess in this instance. Don't worry we will replace the part I'm sure they broke doing it last time.

Just left this Jiffy Lube where I sat in my car while 3 different employees assisted me with a prompt/efficient oil change. During those minutes, they were personable... had me laughing... and simply made having my car's oil change actually fun. Great group of employees there! Well done... Satisfied Customer, Kathy :)
