I am so pleased with my experience at The Rack Shack. Grace was so friendly, kind and attentive to all customers in the boutique. I have been searching for the right bra, being petite on band but larger in cup size. Grace simply took a look at me in my current bra, no measuring tape or awkward sizing me up, and immediately put me in an adorable, flattering bra with full support and comfort for my chest!!! She brought a variety of bras that were well-fitting, a cute and comfy bralette (plus a fun color!) that I can’t wait to lounge in, and also some options for sports bras. She made me feel heard and comfortable throughout the process. The checkout is also so pleasant, you get to soak in the chill vibes of the store while seated. All my questions were answered!!! I left feeling so supported (literally and emotionally)! Thank you for a great experience and what feels like a truly custom fit. I will definitely be back!
