I had a horrible experience at this location. My mother and I went at the same time. This was our first time coming here. Firstly, there was no one sitting at the front desk to help. The check in thing wasn’t properly working for us. We waited patiently for about 5 minutes for someone to help us sign in. A African American man who is one the phlebotomists came into the lobby. We asked him to help us to sign in and he replied with an attitude “Do you have an appointment?” We replied politely “No our doctor’s office said Quest takes walk in’s.” He replied “Well walk in’s aren’t guaranteed to get seen. You have to sign in.” We replied “We tried. We need help.” He was able to check us in. His whole demeanor was rude. We waited for about an hour to get our bloodwork completed. The phlebotomist who did my blood work was a Caucasian woman. She complained to me the whole time about the excessive paperwork my doctor’s office gave for her to scan. She also complained about how it’s almost time to go home and she wants to go home to her family. I understand people are tired and they can’t wait to go home. However, complaining to a patient about these issues are unprofessional. She had a problem with finding a good vein of mine so she asked another phlebotomist for help. Now here goes the major problem. Normally, my blood results come in right away. Weeks passed by and my doctor never received my results. A month later and still nothing. My mother received her results the next day. I tried calling this location and it’s just an automated voice. I contacted Quest customer service to tell them what’s going on and to see if I can get some information on what’s happening with my results. Long story short, someone probably trashed my blood due to not paying attention, rushing, and being careless. My mother and I have the same last name. Someone must’ve only looked at the last name and said “We already did this person’s blood.” If he or she would’ve took their time and paid attention to the first name and date of birth, they would’ve saw it’s two different ppl with the same last name. This is what happens when you don’t pay attention. Now I have to get my blood work done again 😤 Getting poked with a needle is no fun. Throughout my whole life, I’ve never had this problem. The only reason why I went here is because the lab I usually go to is backed up. What a bad experience 👎

I love this place. The technician was very attentive to everyone as you stepped in the door. She was very professional and courteous. She directed me to the kiosk. I waited about 5 mins before she returned calling in 3 personas including me. I’m scared of needles. This is Miss Claudette who did sn excellent job. Hurray!

A few people were upset with the technician who was doing the blood work. Every thing was ok until I got my blood work done. It was painful usually its just a pinch. Yes you are right, no need to work where you are unhappy.
