A bit pricey. Good value for what you pay though. Gets crowded quickly. Probably won't go back on a Sunday afternoon due to crowding. Not a lot of seating for parents simply spectating. Order your food right away. Our pizza took 40mins.

The kids had fun but.. we went on NYE and one of the staff even told me it was WAY less busy than a normal Friday night. We got there at the beginning of Glow and the floors were trashed. The kids were having to keep their feet off the floor because the area to sit and put jump socks on was covered in trash and popcorn. I know everyone is short staffed everywhere but half the time, no one would be up front and people would be waiting 20 mins + at the cash registers/concessions. At one point, a staff member stood and talked to her friends instead of helping guests while other staff were standing in different areas on their phones. The bathrooms were out of soap and toilet paper. Like I said, still fun for the kids but I’m not sure if I would take them back due to how dirty it was. It would be so easy for anyone to steal whatever they wanted from behind the counter as well as no one is there.

My kids had so much fun. We came here for a birthday party, and was out first time coming. We definitely will be coming back!

Great day @ the park til the lights went out for the Glow time which is when the big kids start getting in fights & police have to be called. Otherwise great place to bring your kids.
