Picking up a Door Dash order, was told waiting on 1 sandwich. Which took like 10 mins. Watched line growing with 1 associate helping while 3 others were all helping 1 other customer. Didn't appear to be a matter that took 3 people when you have a lunch line growing. Just my observation.

Fresh and good. Spicy southwest sandwich was great and mac and cheese was what you'd expect. Potato spud was perfect

(see important UPDATE at end) - here is the original review - Normally I give McAlister's a 5 star rating. Not today. I ordered take out, and proceeded to sit in the waiting area for take-out. After a while it seemed a lot longer than it should have been, I got up and walked over to the far side of the ordering counter and saw 4 takeout orders. While looking, one if the servers asked if I was Tom, I said yes, and she pushed the bag towards me. I asked why she didn't call me. She said she did. I pointed out where people wait for orders and that her voice couod not be heard over there. She acted incredulous, as though it didn't matter. Another person followed me to find that her order was also ready for some time. The food is good and delivery to tables is fine but beware if you order take out. This person was either untrained, didn't care, or both. - End of Original Review - UPDATE Here is an update. I now have returned my 5 star rating for this McAlister's. They have assured me that the problem I experienced is fixed and that they will announce takeout orders properly in the future. The company's quick response, clear apology, and desire to improve are testaments to first rate principles in action.

The sandwich I ordered hardly had any meat on it. I will post a photo. I also asked for extra sauce. Didn't get it and asked twice for a pickle, which usually comes with a sammie and it wasn't there.
