Our room was spotless upon arrival and the staff are super friendly and helpful. Very quiet and peaceful atmosphere. Other tenants are friendly. They sell small pots and pans for the kitchenette at the front desk and provide extra housekeeping if you are staying for a longer period of time. It feels very safe and cozy here. Great closet and kitchen storage space 👌 👏 🙌 👍 😀

Floor needed swept and MOPPED, why do they think that tearing out carpet and replacing with the tile, that they don't need to keep clean??? 3 baby roaches, bathroom faucet dripped all night, and air conditioner was so loud I heard it with my ear plugs in. I don't usually do such bad reviews, but the floors are becoming more and more of an issue for me.

truly the worst hotel experience i have ever had. tv's with no signal, constantly dripping faucets, "broken" toilets that someone will come knocking on your door to "come in and fix" an hour before checkout because a neighbor complained??? that same guy claimed there was also something wrong with our lock and would not take no for an answer when i said i was not comfortable letting him into the room. he continued arguing with me about it being an "emergency" and i ended up having to skip a shower, pack all my things and check out early, only to have the manager ignore my complaints and act defensive about the "broken" toilet that i never complained about in the first place. it was at least a relief to see the guy at my room door was in the office and actually worked there. he was also not the only one to knock on our door early that morning, the others must have been looking for someone else staying here. stayed for one night and not even all of that. save your money you are better off anywhere else. it does not feel safe or comfortable in the slightest here

Great rate for the stay. Nothing fancy, but in a great location nearby everything. Staff was excellent and provided great customer service and recommendations for things to do in the area. Rooms were very standard, toilets need a bit more water-pressure and/or a plunger in units. Floors in unit could also use a good scrubbing now and again, but not a major detail and more something to improve quality of stay and keep the vinyl floors in good shape.
