This is a horrible company. They just called me while I'm in the hospital to tell me that they not covering my bill. Because they felt it wasn't necessary. Mind you I have asthma ,COPD and couldn't breathe. PLUS I WAS IN TRAUMA ER... REALLY WAS IT NECESSARY TO CALL ME IN THE HOSPITAL WHILE I CAN'T BREATHE

i get age well for my mom for them to pay for 1/2 of the aide who helps her with her care and we get a surplus to pay then you have to get a pool trust to take care of the bills another rip off they drag there legs .i don't know what to do any more doesn't any one do there job right any more ? I didn't mean to age well I meant the pool trust in cedarhurst

Hi...First it's best to find out if the facility is contracted with Agewell then you would have to get in touch with the State to change from one MLTC ti another.
