The people at Dr. Vilardi's office have been very kind to me. They don't file insurance claims on a patient's behalf which is understandable. Having to do so would require much more staffing and they focus on customer care and high quality service. I had a surgery and it was virtually pain free and the doctor called me at my home that evening to make sure I was OK.

I saw Dr Vilardi for a consultation/ second opinion . To be honest , I was hesitant , due to negative reviews from others based on his “ bedside manner” . But ,more importantly ,he was highly recommended based ion his skills .Dr Vilardi has a friendly , warm demeanor , I was totally confident in his thorough evaluation . He refrains from advising unnecessary work , which I greatly appreciated . I found him to be trustworthy , honest and very knowledgeable . Plus , his ‘ bedside manner ‘ is just fine!

They don't take insurance and won't allow you to do payment plans. As someone who works in Healthcare, I find that totally ridiculous. Plenty of other periodontists in the area that will accept insurance. Why go to this doctor if he's going to make you pay out of pocket, and all up front. Does he have the hands of God or something?? I'm sure the other periodontists in the area are just as good.
