Horrible I got in line at the pharmacy at probly exactly six or 6:01 after I waited and until 6:07 and for to the window they told me they would help me tomorrow. I'm sorry but that is rediculous. To top it all off the last wasnt very friendly about it from the start. I'm thinking about changing pharmacy. Ita always something here.

Since Rite Aid took over near impossible to speak with someone when you call the pharmacy. LONG hold times if someone answers. Long lines to pick up prescriptions. Staff not particularly efficient sometimes rude. Mostly new staff. I have dealt with Bartell’s Pharmacy for over 25 years. I see most of the original pharmacy staff have left. I see why with new working conditions. Used to be friendly knowledgeable pharmacists.

The worst pharmacy ever! Hard to get anyone to answer their phone, wait in line at the drive thru to often be told your prescription isn't ready and to get back in line (happens 90% of the time), and they constantly mixed up my prescription with someone elses despite not having a common name. Staff doesn't listen and talks over you.

I have been prescribed birth control that I have been getting from this Bartell’s for around 2 years now. Recently (maybe the past 6 months) we have noticed an excessive decline in service. For example, calling in prescriptions in advance and getting there and being told “it’s not ready yet” or “pull around front and wait” or “only 20 more minutes” etc. I am now also being prescribed mood stabilizers. These are both things I NEED to have for medical reasons. Today I called my script in before they were opened and was told it would be ready at 11am. At 5:30pm I arrived and was greeted with a huge line which I waited on for 45+ minutes. Once I was at the window the lady told me “Go to the parking lot and wait and you MAY have your prescription filled.” While I was waiting I used the restroom inside and ended up going to the front of the line to grab my prescription, this was no charge under my insurance but the lady was asking me to answer questions on the pad. I took my prescription and left. There was a man behind me who needed insulin for his father who had been waiting all weekend with no notification that his prescription was ready, and no answer when he called. It’s important that people get what they need to live comfortably/survive. Do better!!
