Got iwatch screen replaced in April. It didn't even last 6 months. Without any impact, the screen poped up, refused to help. They use low quality replacement parts. Dont recommended.

I brought my son's I phone in to fix; $170. I was told it was ready and picked it up and it still did not work. I had to bring it back. It stopped working again and was asked to pay another $150. Ridiculous! I do not recommend this company.

They don't fix it all. And they don't follow through with good customer service. They took my son's ps5 and a $50 plus tax deposit...didn't keep us updated ( I had to call after 3 days, wait again over a weekend, call on a Monday, go back in person because I couldn't understand on the phine). Bottom line -after 10 days- the PS5 was NOT fixed and I got no receipt or explanation of what had been tried, no advice on how to pursue getting it fixed and no...no money back for a 16-year old trying to pay his own way for his video game

My phone break while falling off my pocket on a parking lot and screen was completely broken.I went in to this store John was so helpful with each step, screen repair was handled perfect and the whole process was very professional, he gave a reasonable estimate in terms of time and cost, and I'm beyond satisfied with the results.quick with the repair itself, and just very nice to talk to along the way. Great customer service and will without a doubt be coming back here for any other phone repairs.
