Horrendous customer service. I ordered just 2 items. Waited about 2 weeks during which time I didn’t receive and wasn’t notified of shipment or back order. I went to the site & saw a tracking number but when I tracked it, it said the order was cancelled. I contacted them to ask why. They emailed it wasn’t cancelled, they were waiting for 1 of the items which would be at least another 2 weeks. (Gee, thanks for telling me). So i told them that was taking longer than I expected & please cancel the order. They emailed the next day saying they issued a gift card. I didn’t ask for a gift card . I had to write again insisting on a refund. What a hassle! Will never order here again.

I had a great experience with Regalis. I ordered truffles, caviar, and uni. The uni could have been better. Everything else was better than expected. My order arrived quickly. They didn’t have an item I initially ordered.. customer service reached out and helped me settle everything quickly and with patience.

We ordered 4 lbs. King crab about a month ago using PayPal. Our card was charged but no delivery or correspondence. Price was too good to be true. SCAM
