Great customer service, the employees are always smiling and asking you if you need help just by passing them by which I think is nice. You can catch some great deals here if your at the right place at the right time. The only thing I find confusing is their system of tagging an item for clearance on the shelf, but it's not on clearance "yet". I did ask manangement about this, I was told that the yellow tag that says clearance is alert to customers that the item will be going on clearance "soon" (?) I do not like that idea as I feel its misleading, clearance is clearance.

This is my family grocery store, always staff available if needed to ask questions. This store takes zoning shelves and rotating to next level compared to other stores, and customer service is absolutely phenomenal. Store manager, and department managers are always doing something, even little things like picking up trash, assisting customer and running this location nice and smooth. I never leave stressed or feeling like I need a tetanus shot. I can go on and on praising every department, but I have shopping to do... Keep up the great work!!!

What's not to live about Publix? Food is always fresh and good. The only complaint is with regards to something I saw yesterday that involved a gentleman who appeared to be a store manager harassing a young man who was playing an electric violin in the parking lot for tips. If Publix doesn't own the shopping center, then that manager was completely out of line as it's not his place to chase anyone away like that.

It is a nice, new store but, it has the same tired, old attitudes that have been a hallmark of this particular store for ages. The only exceptions are the people who work at the customer service area. The checkers seem weary and detached and the people in the deli take rudeness to a new level. This is not a store for an enjoyable experience. It is, instead, a store for avoiding.
