An absolutely horrendous experience. Associates gave me incorrect information and then tried to blame me for their ineptitude. THEN paperwork was sent and they denied receiving delaying my transaction for weeks. Showed them proof and receipt and they displayed vile behavior. Next time, would rather just deal with DMV vs these nut cases

I really don't know where to begin with my nightmare. Long story short. I made an out of state purchase two months ago. Was giving 30 days temp tags for that state. Thirty days later no NYS plates. Called the out of state dealer they dragged their feet. Finally, I had enough and they gave me Plateman info. I called and my angel 😇(Rose) answered the phone. She emailed & called me everyday until my situation was resolved. Rose is the best!!! Thank you...

I went there as a dealer who used them for a couple years and they gave me back my stuff in December saying they were closing for good.
They're closed to the public. As a dealer, they said they were closing and gave me back my paperwork.

They don't answer the phone, or respond to e-mail inquires. I would expect that they might have the courtesy to edit their website and inform potential customers that they are closed to the public, whatever that means. I was there this morning, and saw a couple of "runners" going in and out with handfuls of plates/paperwork packages, so it might be that they are only servicing dealers.
