No one ever Picks up the phone and that establishment. You can leave a voice message on three different numbers including using the woman’s extension and still nobody will call you back for over a month. Front desk girl is so rude and has no idea about the policy. Clean place ,horrible customer service. From the front desk to the doctors. Any work will take over 6 months to get in contact with them. Always no one answers the door when you have an appointment expect to wait 15 minutes outside doesn’t matter if you call no one will be there to let You in.

I have been a patient for over 4 years now. Ten years before that, I had a metal based frontal bridge (from somewhere else) that caused major gum issues. Although I was weary to undergo the procedure to fit for a new bridge once again, it was totally worth switching to an all porcelain bridge. Not only were they more compatible, but they look and feel way more natural than what I had previously. I'll be honest, the procedure was expensive, but with the help of the gracious receptionists, we were able to work out a payment plan that worked. I was also due back every 3 months for deep cleanings and anything that needed to be done to repair my gums. Before covid, the wait time to get in the office would vary, and getting an appointment during covid was almost impossible. However, as I returned, I've been going consistently, and I'm always seen right on schedule. The best part is that my gums have improved drastically. They don't take my insurance unfortunately, but after all this time and the improvement made, I have no desire to go anywhere else. I had to give Dr. Venterina and the staff a hug my most recent visit for being so kind, patient and professional every step of the way. They saved my gums and I can smile knowing they did me right 😁

Don't bother having insurance to go to this place, they don't like to use it anyways. They don't at all do their due diligence in working or checking with your insurance and will try to up-sell you on everything, even services that are covered by insurance. I went for x-rays and a cleaning, the hygienist told me I needed local antibiotics and that it was 60 dollars and may not be covered by insurance. So I went through, apparently she stuck them in 4 places and it was 60 dollars each for a total of 240 dollars. I followed up with my insurance and it was denied because it wasn't done by a specialist. Had they referred me to a specialist for the job, it would have been completely covered. I also had a filling that had come out just a week or so prior and had to get it redone. The woman informed me that white fillings are 200 extra and not covered by my insurance, which at my previous dentist was always completely covered. So I call up insurance and sure enough it is covered. I have my insurance request to the office girl who argued with me vehemently first stating that they aren't covered because it's a back tooth, then she said because of the size of the filling. Luckily I stayed on top of the situation and contacted insurance myself who stated that white resin fillings are completely covered on every tooth and just to be sure my insurance had them submit for preauthorization, you know, the type of thing the office woman should be doing every time for every patient to not cost them an arm and a leg because that's what insurance is for. The day I went in to the office for the filling it was a male dentist who was working instead of the woman I initially saw, he stated he wanted to do a crown, I told him it was a filling that had come out while chewing gum after over 10 years and I'd like to just get a filling again, he refused to do so, even after the first visit with the woman dentist who i believe is Dr Venturina who stated she would do it. The office girl stated she will ask the other doctor if she will do the filling and get back to me, and of course she never did. Also for the higher quality crown made of zirconia they charge 500 dollars, I had a zirconia crown done by Dr Ian cantor which came out beautifully and he uses a new digital scanner technology for a perfect fit instead of the mold that this office uses and he only charged 300. If you don't mind paying out of pocket and not using your insurance and paying inflated prices for everything, then by all means come here.
