Initial impression as pulling in, park appears to be well maintained. My family & I utilized the basketball court which was fenced in. Parking right beside the court. There were 3 or 4 whole courts inside of the fence; All basket hoops were attached to the glass; there was 1 with no net. There were plenty of benches to sit out on. Plenty trash receptacles. There was a long crack in the pavement running thru the courts but it didn't interfere with our game. Overall, we enjoyed it & will be back!

As a person born and raised in South Hill, Parker's Park has grown greatly over the past two decades. If you are interested in getting your children into baseball or softball, THIS would be the place. Also, it still has the basketball court I still know and love. It's better now that they have a high fence. A little "safety net" for those who may "over shoot" their shots so to speak. Also, this is THE PLACE if you want to view the fireworks display every July.
