DO NOT GO TO THIS KFC LOCATION. THEY ARE SLOWER THAN WHAT YOU THINK THE DEFINITION OF SLOW IS. THE STAFF ARE RUDE AND THE FOOD DISGUSTING TO SAY THE LEAST. I DO NOT KNOW WHY THIS LOCATION IS OPEN IF IT CAN'T PROVIDE EVEN REGULAR SERVICE TO PAYING CUSTOMERS. IT'S SAD AND A DISGRACE

I visited in Feb. And ordered two 8 piece chicken only and I tried to buy 4-6 more wings with my order and I was told no she could not do that. Please tell me what business does that. Definitely not one that's trying to make $. The South Hill KFC need all new staff!..and good COOKS!

Its a hit or miss to get a good meal at this KFC in South Hill Va. store. I used to eat there 3 to 4 times a week. But the quality of food they put out now is pretty sorry. After a few months i thought I would give them another shot. Waited in drive-thru 20 minutes for them to tell me that dont have extra crispy chicken today...WHAT... thats like Burger King saying sorry we dont have any burger today, care for a cheese sandwich. I ran KFC in Pahokee Florida, and cooked in pressure cookers and deep fryers. Save your time and money, Dont say you were not warned!!!

Definitely, not "Fast" food. We stopped here while traveling through. What a mistake. They are probably short handed in the back but after waiting a long time to be waited on. Though there were only a few people in front of me, this took more than 12 minutes. Then after waiting 15 minutes for my order, I asked if there was a problem. That seemed to spur the team into action, and within a few more minutes I was served my not quite correct order by the grumpy staff member. I did know to check my order before leaving since while waiting, I got to see all of the people coming back to correct their orders. The food was fine. Pretty standard KFC. So I guess that if you have a lot of time to kill, it would be ok.
