Very POOR customer service!!!!!!! My husband had a prescription faxed in from Four Eyes (Henderson, NC), so he went to CVS to pick it up. He was told it wasn't there. He called Four Eyes and they faxed it AGAIN! He went to CVS and was told it wasn't there. He called Four Eyes and they called the pharmacy, so we went to CVS AGAIN! We were told that it wasn't there. We gave his birth date, and name - finally they found it! The person who waited on us, didn't say they were sorry-nothing...... We are going to get our prescriptions elsewhere - TOTAL INCOMPETENCE!

Very disappointed with how disrespectful the ladies are in the pharmacy. Went to get my prescription lastnight and will never go back to this place glad I live in Richmond.

Awful customer service. Complete disrespect and rude. They do not care. It's sad. This use to be a #1 top Store and pharmacy. Now, I do not even recognize this place. If I hadn't been a weekly customer in the past , I would never believe anyone that it was once a great place.

Has to be the most incompetent place of business I have ever been in. They claim they've synced all your prescriptions & put them on auto refill, but that isn't true ever. They have me coming in 3 or 4 times a week trying to get all of our meds. My doctor wrote a prescription for an OTC med, I picked up the med off the shelf, told the clerk to let the pharmacist know to cancel the prescription. They hounded me for 2 weeks with text & phone calls, if only 1 person had of done their job. They said they filled a prescription in Aug., after 6 phone calls I was told on Sunday" it's in process" & they would have to order it & I could pick up on Tuesday. I was told on Wednesday that it wasn't ready. Very poor communication between staff & customers. I've also experienced standing in line to be waited on and they took "walk ins" for shots ahead of myself & others. I'm looking for an alternative because this place is no better than Wal Mart.
