Called before driving 30mins out of the way for a product they said they had. Got to the store and the product was not on the shelf. I asked for assistance the manager called for another employee (meat department) only for him to say he told them "If it wasn't out they didn't haven't it." Maybe a workshop on communication could help.

I went to the deli. I was the only customer at the time. I waited for quite a while before I was waited on. Two of the deli clerks were on their phones taking personal calls and I continued to wait. The other deli clerk that was on bakery side ignored me as well. I thought regardless of what you are doing at the time, customer service is always first.

I love the people there, but what’s up with the defective products? I own my own business and sell beverages that I get from you guys. Here recently, I have been noticing a lot of deformed cans from the 12packs sold there. I bought these just a few days ago and do not keep them in extreme temperatures. How am I suppose to sell 12 drinks when 7 of them are damaged?
