My boyfriend, Terry and I needed a guarantor to rent an apt in Manhattan. The managing agent for the apt. recommended Insurent. We contacted them and we were so happy we did. They handled the deal promptly and efficiently. In one day we were approved for our apt. If you ever need to use a guarantor we highly recommend Insurent.

Super easy to apply for a guarantor and helped us secure our dream apartment! Have to pay them about a month of rent— but worth it and for liability. 10/10 would use again.

Wonderful service, Jeffrey and team are fast, efficient and knowledgable. They provide a seamless service from the start till the end. They took care of our case within the same hour. Highly recommended.

Always responsive and efficient, has helped many people have a shot at an apartment, they work 24/7 to help people quickly obtain an otherwise unattainable place.

Insurent guarantees the rental obligation to the landlord. You still give the building the typical one month security and the first months rent, and then pay the rent to the building on a monthly basis. Jeffrey Geller Chief Operating Officer Insurent
Unfortunately we don't assist renters with poor credit. The primary renters that we assist are (i) creditworthy responsible college and professional graduates entering the workforce who don’t meet the NYC landlords’ 40x-50x annual income/monthly rent multiple, (ii) foreign executives relocating to the U.S. who have no U.S. credit history, (iii) relocating U.S. executives, (iv) self-employed persons, (v) non-employed foreign and US renters with significant cash liquid assets, and (vi) international and U.S. students with Responsible Parties. Wish we could have assisted.
