I came from off island to complete a passport application with expedited services. My appointment was early morning on March 7th. Upon review of my passport application, my application was not received until March 16th. NINE days later. NINE. I am now fully stressing about whether I will have my passport in time for my trip.

About 3 times a month we get the "Smiths" mail, or they get our mail, totally different street AND address. Talked to delivery driver at least 4 times, called and complained numerous times yet it still happens. ATTENTION TO DETAIL postal employees, that's what your hired for, yet it's lacking at this post office..

This is the worst post office i've ever had to deal with. I had a large package out for delivery on friday. They randomly decided they couldn't actually deliver it because it was 50lbs. I got a notification that it was at the post office and available for pick up. Great. Went to the post office to be told that my package wasn't there and was still on the truck, but they weren't going to deliver it. I asked if I needed to wait until Monday to pick it up. The man told me no, that if I came to the post office at 10am on Saturday there would be someone there to help me get my package. Got there at 10am, as told, and the lady told me they were closed and that she couldn't give me my package. So, either someone is very misinformed or someone straight up lied to me. Either way, everyone here is incompetent and I dread when I have to deal with them.
