The process was swift and timely.

This place is okay, I have to call multiple times for someone to answer and when they do answer they can’t answer my questions or help me with my concerns. Seems like no one I talk to understands anything. I got into a wreck last September and I barely get any updates about my case. If it wasn’t for me calling them I wouldn’t hear anything out of them.

They took us on and dropped us before anything has started without clarification. I’m annoyed because they wasted my time when I could of been looking else where. Everything was unorganized in my experience, Anthony said Lyna would give me a call and explain to me and she never did and he didn’t follow up either. I recommend finding a place where people do fight for you.

Spoke to Attorney Jin about my son auto accident. He is very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Recommend his service to everyone.

Thank you for your question. Assuming you want to repair your vehicle then we suggest taking the vehicle and the preliminary visual estimate (the LOW estimate) to a credible body shop. Typically, an insurance company will send a property damage adjuster to visually inspect the damage on a vehicle and give a preliminary estimate of repair. This preliminary estimate is ALWAYS too low. Over 4,000 claims handled and we have never seen a preliminary estimate that was enough money to restore our client's vehicle to its prior condition. Usually, after breaking down the vehicle for repair, the body shop would submit supplemental claims with the insurance company to make sure your vehicle is repaired correctly. We have seen as many as 7 supplemental claims driving the final repair bill up to 4x the initial preliminary estimate. Also, make sure you get a rental reservation # so that you can have a rental while your vehicle is being repaired. Hopes this help. Good luck!

Yes, they can cancel your coverage. Yes, your insurance premiums will go up even though the wreck was no fault of your own. Insurance companies are EVIL: they are in the business of collecting premiums and not paying out claims. Although the law forbids them to raise your rates due to a collision that is not your fault, they WILL. They will use excuses such as the population surrounding your home or work had increased tremendously causing a hike. This is BS! Use your power as a consumer and shop your insurance every 3 years.
Case values depend on the injuries that were done. Injuries done due to a car wreck consists of three main areas: medical expenses, wage lost and pain & suffering. Medical expenses must be reasonable and customary for treatments that were necessary and reasonable. Insurance companies have data on which doctors are capable of which procedures and average costs for each procedure. Wage lost must be proved with a “disability certificate” from a doctor. Pain & suffering must be proved through stories depicting the following: (1) interference with normal living, (2) interference with enjoyment of life, (3) impairment of bodily health and vigor, (4) fear of extent of injury, (5) shock of impact, (6) actual physical pain and suffering, (7) mental anguish, and (8) limitations of activities. Insurance companies have data and have average dollar amounts for injuries to each part of your body.
Lawsuits filed in State or Superior Courts tend to take at least 9 months to get on the docket. Typically, before filing the suit, all defendants must be located using a service because the law requires suit to be filed in the county where a defendant resides. Once a suit is drafted, it gets filed with the court and a second original gets forwarded to the Sheriff for service. Service can take as little as a few days to months depending on how easy the defendant can be located and served. Once service is perfected, the defendant will have 30 days to answer the suits. Once the defendant answers the suit, the court allows 6 months of discovery. Discovery consists of written and depositions. Written discovery is basically paper-pushing between the attorneys to narrow the issues to be presented at court. Depositions are sworn testimonies from the defendant, witness, the injured, doctors. Discovery periods may be extended to last more than 6 months. Once the discovery period ends, a case can be stipulated to the docket ready for trial. Once on the docket, depending on how heavy the docket is, one can wait to move up about 20 slots per month.
Be yourself and be respectful of the jurors, the judge, the bailiffs and the sheriffs who have to be there. Wear something you would wear to a job interview.
Insurance companies have only one way to defend a personal injury claim. At first, they will claim that it is not their insured’s fault. Second, they will claim that maybe it’s their insured’s fault but the collision was not hard enough to cause any injuries whatsoever. Third, they will say that maybe it’s their insured fault, maybe the hit is hard enough to cause some injuries but not all of your injuries. Lastly, they will say that maybe it’s their insured fault, maybe the hit is hard enough to cause the injuries you claimed but you want too much money for your injuries. The best way to counter this is to show that the collision, through no fault of your own, caused pain. Pain that caused you to seek reasonable treatments that are necessary and timely (no delay nor gaps in treatment). Reasonable and necessary treatments that helped some but cannot completely alleviate your pain totally. These permanencies needs to be documented by the treating doctor. You must show that you did everything that the doctors recommended to get better.
The WORST thing that can happen to you is that you do not protect your rights and pursue your personal injury claim by hiring an experienced attorney. Remember, everyone has been MANDATORILY paying for car insurance since we started driving. Having a claim and not pursuing it is like throwing money away! Fearing your own premiums will go up is what the EVIL insurance companies want you to think.
The government makes it mandatory to have vehicle insurance if you want to drive. The insurance industry is backed by law enforcement putting people in jail if they drive without car insurance. Between the 10 major insurance companies, they owned 70+% of the market. Insurance companies are in the business of collecting premiums, not paying out claims. When they do have to pay out claims, they will DENY, DELAY then DEFEND. For example, if your injury claim is worth $1,000,000 and they do not pay you until 5 years from the date of loss then they are essentially getting a 50% discount because they have used this claim payment money to invest in the market, assuming a 10% per year return. An experienced attorney can maximize your claim by ensuring that your claim is assessed fairly and paid expediently.
