Well in spite of some negative reviews I bought a Tough Tex American flag from them. The warranty includes fading. My flag has faded about 50% of it's original color so I contacted them by email with proof of purchase and got this response."In order to be considered for a replacement, we need pictures of the flag including one of the manufacturer's label. Please note that the only warranty we offer is a one-year Colorfast Warranty policy. Colorfast refers to colors retaining the base color. Reds will remain red and not become orange. Blues will remain blue and will not change to purple. Some color lightening and fading due to sun exposure is natural and will not affect the flag's usefulness and is not covered under this guarantee. This guarantee specifically excludes fabric tears and fraying as high winds and high temperatures vary due to climate and location and are beyond our control. Torn flags have exceeded their useful life and are not covered under this warranty. It is normal to change your flags approximately once every 3 months, particularly in high-wind, hot sun exposure or where your flag is flown daily". They left this part out of the fine print. Actually it just says"Tough-Tex® Flag Material Outperforms All Other Flags Bar None. This Is The Very Best Flag Made In America! 100% 2-ply spun-woven polyester fabric resists high winds. Open weave reduces fabric stress for longer wear. One Year Colorfast Guarantee. Backed by the oldest and largest flag manufacturer in the US. Solid brass grommets, embroidered stars and double stitched seams. Every flag double-inspected and meets official U.S government specifications." My flag is not yet one year old so I guess it has to be indistinguishably faded to pass muster as faded.

Sorry I didn’t look up the reviews before buying.. waiting over 2 weeks for a shipment date 2 emails and a phone call and the same answer we will get back to you in 48 hours as of now 72 hours and nothing. Never again hope I get my new flag before the Memorial Day Holiday

Awful experience. Placed an order on March 5, received March 30, only to find that the Ukraine flag’s blue is wrong. Have to pay for shipping to return, plus a 10% restocking fee. What a joke of a business operation.

I can not recommend this companies products after seeing that the stitching from both outside corners broke and the material has frayed badly after just 2 weeks on our flag pole. I only discovered this after taking the flag down to protect it during a particularly windy day, or probably would not have noticed it. As a relatively new Arizona resident, I learned on a previous purchase from a different company that the intense sunlight and windy days take their toll, but that flag at least lasted for the better part of a year. The flag from AmericanFlags.com had only 2 weeks of exposure in the winter with no rain or high winds to cause any damage and yet that was enough for the stitching to fall apart! After sending pictures and an explanation to customer service their response was "Unfortunately, fraying, tears and rips are a normal occurrence. There is no guarantee regarding material strength, wind resistance, or durability. Sorry, we cannot be of more help." Unacceptably poor quality from a company that doesn't stand behind their "made in American" products has me convinced you are better off taking your business elsewhere.

Hi Jimmy...I researched this for you and see that Lori responded to you via email on 5/12 and 5/13 and Mike responded to your phone message via email on 5/16 because you did not pick up when he called you back. We are awaiting a shipment of 3X5 flags and hope to be able to ship soon. As we detail in the large red banner at the top of our site, supply chain issues are a challenge. Some items are shipping same day and others are taking a few weeks. With Memorial Day next week, we are getting thousands of orders for US flags each day and are doing our level best to get them out the door. Hope that helps! Susan

We are fortunate that we have had ZERO Covid cases in our warehouse our offices and that's because our staff practice CDC-approved precautions. We wear masks, practice social distancing and complete health questionnaires before starting work each day. That's in addition to our usual sanitary practices of hand-washing and using hand sanitizer. We are happy to be safe, healthy and working!
