I had to call corporate and report the unprofessional behavior of their so called manager, Jacquel (I guess that’s how you spell it) I have never in my life experience such disrespectful behavior from an employee! Xfinity do better with hiring especially managers!!

Just recently signed up with Xfinity and now Iregret it. Thought my internet for 1 person was $45 monthly. Just like we discussed?? But that didn't happen. I've already paid $100 abt a weekago

...... And now they want me to pay a $100 a month. As of now im with my daughter and we pay $120 each for unlimited data and text. And I feel that is an unreasonable price Verizon And it seems Xfinity is not that much better.😠😠😠 😠
