Awesome experience! My grandkids and I went on Sunday, they had various attractions for all ages. We had a blast on the go kart! The food definitely surprised me as well, I must say a pretty good selection and combinations to feed a family of four . The young lady with the braids said she the a manager she looked a little young so not sure if that’s true. I told her I’ll be back. I’ll definitely be back to do the skydiving look like they were having a lot of fun up there.

The McDonough location spoiled us. It's properly staffed. The employees are engaged. The attractions work. This is my first time at the Snellville location. It has been a disappointment. Back to McDonough we go.

I repeat... do not get membership with this company. The membership will not be cancelled at any time. It's not easy to cancel as they advertise. You will have to wait a full 12 months. Even if you move or relocate you will still have to wait 12 months because the relocation is based on living more than 25miles from all of/any of the urban air locations within your state or a different state. You have to provide proof of this by emailing a utility bill that list your name and the relocation of that home address as evidence that you live nowhere near 25 miles of any Urban air location. This company has bad business practices. Although you cannot not use your membership across the board but when you want to cancel you have to be completely 25 miles away from all of the urban air locations. Thats ridiculous! They will offer to transfer you only if you move from your membership location, but this is another scam up their sleeves don't accept that offer because it will be another 12-month term contract at the transferred location. Do not trust this company. This location isn't worth the money because most of the activities are close so it's just like open jumping play when most of their other activities are close. YOU'VE BEEN WARN! not worth the money for a membership to be stuck in for 12 months. I learned my lesson. The contract is in small print on their mini tablets in other words it's hard to see the full print. After signing it the company will send you an email copy of a full bold printed copy of the contract and that's when regret falls upon ya. I do not recommend them at all.

What is the maximum age for Urban Air?

maelynn Williams | Nov 7, 2021

There is different activities for all ages. I would say 2 and up.

I paid for 10 people at $47.99 for unlimited go kart and funny! We could only stay in the building 2 hours. I thought unlimited meant unlimited! You have to reserve the go kart times which means you only get one ride in a 2 hour period. It’s crazy!!
