I drive out of my way to go here. No matter who is working this place is fabulous. This most recent crew today helped me with two vehicles and I was in and out each time in less than 20 minutes despite needing emissions oil changes and tire rotations! And no I was not the only one there. Everyone had the same experience. Kudos to this crew!!!! No one standing around. Everyone working and smiling and friendly and kind! I’m a single mom (have been for 19 years) and they don’t try to BS me! So appreciated!! Adding that there is a new staff this time, and again. They don’t BS they are honest and do what is needed yet make you feel completely welcome and are the fastest ANYWHERE! I live in AL now work in NC and I still drive here to get my oil changed. My whole family does!

Yes! There's a hose at the bottom of the reservoir disconnected and coolant with drain out or get a pump and pump out coolant
No longer live in Atlanta but I dont believe they did.need to request
