Be aware there carriers steal mail and packages. 2 packages have gone missing and they have marked it as delivered and it’s no where in sight. Now I have to file a dispute with them .

I mailed my 81year-old mom a birthday card with a gift card enclosed from this location on July 29, 2022. As of August 13, 2022 she has NOT received it. I wish I had looked at the reviews before I mailed her card from this location. I'm so disappointed!!

Today, January 13, 2022 at 1:45 pm I had the WORST experience going into this FOREST PARK Post Office! EXTREMELY RUDE AND NASTY TREATMENT! Not polite one bit. The two black females that were on the clock were very dismissive and disrespectful! The older black female kept cutting me off and completely walked away in the middle of servicing me and BOTH of the women started ignoring me! Servicing other customers who came in after me!!! They have no integrity and when I asked for their names and their supervisor name, they refused to provide the information. The service I received was very trash and the attitudes were nonchalant. They didn't care about the information I had been given from another employee from their FOREST PARK location the day prior...I called to file a complaint and I am waiting on a supervisor to contact me!!! Worst experience ever visting a post office!!!!!!!!
